Cardio Dance and Tone 

​Move your feet to the beat as your heart grows stronger. No equipment needed. No dance experience required. Just fat burning, rhythmic fun in a party atmosphere! This class includes 45 minutes of cardio followed by 15 minutes of toning and stretching for the ultimate conditioning workout.


Low Impact Aerobics  

Have fun and move to the music with excersizes designed to increase strength and range of motion. The combination of low-impact and non-impact choreography makes this class perfect for beginners or anyone who needs to take it easy because of joint issues or injury. This class includes 3o minutes of cardio followed by 15 minutes of strength training. Stretches are performed against the wall for balance and support.
